Lacy is the Matriarch here at Fidelis at 8 years old she is now retired from all activities except herding. She was sprayed early in 2004 and although has put on abit of Weight is still very active. Lacy was my agility queen. Her main problem with agility was the excitement. She would get herself all worked up with people clapping and lose herself. She was either really bad or really brilliant. Lacy is a Mutli Best in Group Winner, High in Trial Winner ,titled in Conformation in Two Countries (Aust & USA) She has the true Border Collie spirit and and work ethic and she would be one of my favourite Border Collies. |

Lacy is the perfect
mother, although she tends to be a bit busy the first few weeks. You
have to be careful not to excite her as she forgets herself with the
pups but is still pruning and grooming her puppies and the other dogs
into adulthood. She fuses with everyone and loves being a mom. She has
made a tremendous contribution to the breed and we look forward to the
continued success of her children and grandchildren.
Lacy has had 25 puppies from all her Pups she has 2 Multi Ch’s 1 Aust Ch, 6 Amer Ch, 8 of her puppies have herding titles, 3 have Agility Titles and are actively competing so we expect many more, a number also have obedience titles and herding towards OTCH or OC’s Proving brains and ability does come with Good looks. |
